At Bard Pharmaceuticals, Civio was contracted to deliver the full groundworks package for the temporary site accommodation. The project began with a site reduced-level excavation, preparing the area for safe and efficient development. Our team then carried out the construction of an asphalt car park, providing durable and practical on-site parking facilities. As part of the enabling works, we managed the removal and rerouting of existing services, ensuring minimal disruption and full compliance with site requirements. We also completed the installation of duct boxes, along with new drainage and electrical service ducts, providing essential infrastructure for the accommodation units. To finalise the works, we installed a reinforced concrete slab designed to safely support the temporary site offices. Every stage of the package was delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency, with the client praising the smooth delivery and professional execution of the works.
