Who we are
Civio is a civil engineering and groundworks company working across the residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors. We have completed a wide range of groundworks projects for main contractors, developers and public-sector clients across London and the South East of England.
Our typical contracts range from £100,000 to £5,000,000. Health and safety comes first on every site, and we work closely with our clients to deliver on time and on budget. That approach has built us a strong client base and a place among the leading groundworks contractors in the South East.

Modular building specialists
We have extensive experience delivering groundworks for modular construction in the education and healthcare sectors. Knowing how modular building systems go together lets us simplify the groundwork: pad foundations, pile caps and ground beams set out to suit the units, drainage and service connections in place, and external works finished around them.

Civio was established by Mitch Kirov and now handles a wide range of projects across the residential, commercial, education and health sectors.
Before founding the business, Mitch spent over 20 years in civil engineering working for major contractors in London. He stays hands-on with every project, so clients deal directly with the person responsible for delivery.
