Drainage work rarely happens in isolation. New runs, repairs and alterations have to fit the site levels, existing services and the phases either side of them, so Civio scopes drain services around the site and the wider programme.
We review the route, levels, access and existing services, then excavate, install or repair the pipework and chambers, make the connections and reinstate the area ready for the work that follows.

Pipework, chambers and connections are installed or repaired in line with the agreed scope.

Reinstatement
We backfill and reinstate the working area so it is ready for the next phase of the project.

Can you repair or alter existing drainage as well as install new runs?
Yes. Drain services cover new runs, repairs and alterations to existing drainage around a construction project.
Can you work around existing services?
Yes. We review the route and any existing services before we dig, and plan the excavation around them.
Do you install larger drainage systems too?
Yes. For complete systems see drainage installation, ACO drains and attenuation tanks. At 124 Queens Road, Walthamstow, we installed an ACO Qmax 900 system as part of a £1 million package.
