Phase 03 · Drainage & utilities
A drainage system controls where water goes during the build and for the life of the finished site. It has to suit the soil, levels, water table and how the site will be used, or it leads to flooding, erosion and damage later.
Civio surveys ground conditions, gradients and water movement, lays out a system to SuDS and local authority requirements, and installs it with durable pipes, channels and fittings: land drains, soakaways or integrated attenuation. Foul and surface water connections were part of our packages at East Tilbury School and Park Hill School.
