Phase 04 · Surfacing & handover
The right surface depends on how the area will be used, the sub-base, levels, drainage and the edges it meets. Civio plans surfacing around all of these, from the formation through to the finished layer.
Surfacing is the fourth phase of our package, so it ties in with the drainage, kerbs and paving we have already built. We have laid asphalt car parks at East Tilbury School, Park Hill School and Bard Pharmaceuticals.
