Phase 04 · Surfacing & handover
A footpath has to suit the people using it, the levels and the surfaces it connects. Good preparation and edging are what stop it settling, cracking or holding water.
Civio reviews the route, excavates and installs the sub-base, fixes the edging and lays the paving to the agreed layout. Footpaths in precast concrete paving slabs on a cement and sand bed were part of our school packages at East Tilbury and Park Hill.
