Every build starts with a clear site. Civio removes vegetation, rubble, redundant structures and unwanted soil so setting out, excavation and foundations can start without obstacles.
We survey first, plan the removal around access and neighbours, and recycle or dispose of cleared material responsibly. Because the same team carries on with enabling works and foundations, nothing is left half-finished between contractors.

Site survey
We walk the site and identify vegetation, structures, waste and any hazards, then agree a clearance plan.

Removal
Plant and operators clear vegetation, rubble, soil and redundant structures with as little disruption as possible.

Responsible disposal
Cleared material is recycled where possible, and the rest goes to licensed facilities.

Handover
We leave a level, safe platform and the paperwork showing how the site was cleared.

Common questions
Can you clear a site and then carry straight on with the groundworks?
Yes. Clearance is the first phase of Civio’s package, so the same team moves on to enabling works, foundations and drainage without a handover between contractors.
What happens to the material you remove?
It is recycled where possible, and anything else goes to licensed facilities. We can provide documentation for the material removed.
Do you take on small sites as well as large ones?
Yes. We clear everything from small residential plots to larger commercial sites.
What do you need from us to price site clearance?
The site address, a plan or photos, what needs removing and your programme dates. A site visit is usually the quickest way to an accurate price.
